Early Antenatal Classes
I provide a professional service throughout Lincoln and Lincolnshire for women, babies and families offering early antenatal classes to equip you for the coming months of pregnancy and the changes you are likely to experience. Available from 12-20 weeks
Antenatal Classes
Antenatal classes held in various locations around Lincoln, provide a venue where you can learn and prepare for the end of your pregnancy, labour, birth and the first weeks with your baby. Available from 28 weeks.
Baby Massage Classes
Baby massage classes are a fabulous way to learn about your baby, find new ways to communicate with each other, and discover the benefits of positive touch. Available from birth. Locations in Cranwell, Coningsby, North Hykeham and Birchwood.
Midwifery
I am a qualified midwife with several years experience working for the NHS, so I am able to offer up to date, relevant information and advice. Classes are centred on evidence based research and are taught in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Breast Feeding Help and Advice
Being a qualified midwife and a mother who has been on both sides of the infant feeding debate I give impartial advice and information regarding this sensitive subject. This will give you the tools to make a fully informed choice regarding how you feed your baby.
